This fall, Joseph Forte reached out to me with his idea for a new community organization, Keep Tempe Beautiful. He then asked asked if I would be interested in joining. Over the next few months, I had the opportunity to meet with him and the passionate team he assembled to outline the mission and vision of Keep Tempe Beautiful and identify how it would contribute to the community we all love. We launched this January and I am now acting as the Secretary of the Executive Board and a member of the Community Engagement committee. I am excited to see what our founding team can accomplish in the next two years!
